Lovely location.

Helpful receptionist at check-in. The breakfast buffet was great. View from the hotel is lovely.

The room was a bit too warm and the airco didn't cool it down enough.

What was the highlight of AP Eva Senses

Very good hotel to spend a fews days visiting the old city of Faro and surroundings.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of fruits, roasted vegetables and the usual traditional breakfast. It was set in a room with a superb view over the town marina and the nature reserve beyond. There was also a pianist which created a relaxed atmosphere. The room was fine. It had a kettle with tea bags which was welcome. We had a balcony with a lovely view over the marina. The hotel location was excellent, 5 minutes walk from the bus station for the airport and the beach, as well as the railway station to explore other towns, and the ferry terminal to Faro Island. The staff were all very nice.

Because of its central location and proximity to the water, it can be noisy. Ear plugs helped.

What was the highlight of AP Eva Senses

Great hotel, highly recommend!

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Faro near the harbour and easy to get to from the airport. The train station and bus station is nearby for excursions too. The staff were incredible, very attentive and friendly - it was my partners birthday while we were there and they suprised us with a birthday cake and sparking wine! The breakfast was great with good variety, and piano played during breakfast. We stayed in a standard double room with marina View, I'd recommend getting the marina View, it was stunning and the room was a great size for us (we stayed for 3 nights).

We found the room got hot and was hard to cool down even with balcony doors open, and aircon didn't work as was centrally set to heating only due to it being December (so I imagine this wouldn't be an issue other times in year). Noise travelled quite a bit and it's in the centre so as expected it can get a bit loud outside at night if there are events going on, we weren't bothered by it but if you want a quiet getaway just something to concider.

2 single beds made separately and pushed together is not a double bed... Queuing to check out when others are checking in early.

Great Location and Great Breakfast.

The location and the food of selection for breakfast was great. especially the sweet mangoes and papaya which we don't get in UK during winter season. The staff were attentive and polite.

I travel all the time and staying in good hotels is very important. But unlike other 4* and 5* hotels they don't provide a water bottle every morning after doing the room. That is a shame. They say we have to pay if I use the bottle in fridge. When I pay this much money to stay in and giving a free water bottle daily isn't a loss for the company. We believe its a blessing if you give water to anyone. The staff agreed but it's upto the Boss. Hope boss will look into this. I travelled through Portugal by staying all great hotels. They give water daily.

Great location, comfy bed & lovely staff.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfy, toiletries were plenty, location excellent, breakfast great.

The room was really hot overnight & the temperature centrally set so there was nothing we could do to change that. Parts of the room were worn - the drawers and around the edges of the flooring etc.

Almost everything was perfect, right from breakfast to staff to location and cleanliness..Everthing was perfect.

A great short break and I hope to return.

Comfortable room with walk in shower and with a balcony overlooking the marina. Breakfast was excellent with good choices and lots of fresh fruit. Brilliant location for short walks or for exploring the old town. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.

It was very hot at night, the aircon made little difference and sleeping with the balcony door open meant lots of noise from people below. The bar and lounge areas are very small, there is a lack of places to sit and relax, except for your room. Sadly the pool was not open, in the summer I am sure it would be wonderful.

A great hotel for a short break in Faro

Suite was lovely, very roomy, cleaned daily. View over the Marina well worth it. Coffee Machine in the suite was either not working, or as our request for help in how to use it went un noticed, we'll never know ( LOL ) Although replenished daily we would have liked more tea and coffee in the suite. We never got round to asking for this which I'm sure would have been accommodated. Breakfast was fabulous, and it came with the deal, however I would have gladly paid it was so good. The Hotel staff were friendly and approachable. The hotel is ideally suited to explore Faro and the complimentary bottle of red wine, left in the suite on our second night, was very thoughtful and enjoyed

Nice hotel, staff really need to improve

Good location, nice breakfast and atmosphere with pianist.

Staff on arrival were not friendly. The barman in the rooftop bar was rude and ignored me as I was trying to order, he was watching the football. He ignored me twice, we didn't stay for a second drink.

Relaxing place to stay, v well located, and fantastic views

Great location, we had a marina view which was worth it. sunrise from the left and sunset to the right, brilliant. Enjoyed the breakfast, so much choice and nice listening to piano music while enjoying the views. V handy location, not far from airport, bus and train station just round the corner.

Rooms were hot. milk wasn't topped up every day (no problem though if you asked for some more)

Wonderful

Great Location. Plenty of choice in breakfast buffet and a nice touch of having a live piano player. Plenty of eating options around the hotel and train station is a 5 minute walk away. Nice view of the sunset from swimming pool area on top floor.

Room Air Con was not working at the time we was there as temperatures were starting to rise. We had to leave balcony door open to cool the room down and then you would have all the noise from outside.
